- He is an English solicitor with extensive experience in commercial law, M&A and financing. His corporate experience includes among others advising on privatisations, mergers and acqusitions, international joint ventures - both for public and private sector.
- Has worked with international law firms for over 30 years - before joining DZP, he worked at Clifford Chance (where, among other things, he was founder partner of offices in Warsaw, Prague and Budapest), Simmons & Simmons, Gowlings (now Gowling WLG) and Watson Farley & Williams.
- His projects experience includes transactions in energy sector (power, oil & gas, water, mining and infrastructure), financial services and telecommunications.
- Has been distinguished in international rankings by both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 and was named one of the "Hot 100" by The Lawyer 2011.
- Admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales - Law Society of England and Wales.

Unserer Rechtsanwaltssozietät schloss sich David Shasha, englischer Rechtsanwalt (solicitor), an. Er verfügt über reiche Berufserfahrungen auf den Gebieten: Gesellschaftsrecht, M&A und Finanzierung. David arbeitet in London, von wo er die Zusammenarbeit zwischen DZP und britischen Kanzleien, Finanzinstituten und sonstigen Firmen koordinieren wird. Er wird auch DZP bei der Beratung für polnische und internationale Mandanten unterstützen.
