- Advises on capital markets, infrastructure and energy projects, natural resources, securities and public companies
- Supports Polish and foreign banks, particularly in infrastructure projects and issuance of debt instruments
- Has been involved in various financing projects on both lenders’ and borrowers’ sides
- Has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating finance documents, especially loan agreements, bond issue programs, security documents and inter-creditor agreements
- Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Advocates
