Current projects.

A multidisciplinary team of DZP lawyers and tax advisers has advised the sellers: Henryk Biały, Mirosław Pingot and Corab sp. z o.o. on the sale of 50% of Corab's share capital to the buyer: Black Forest SICAV-SIF, a Michał Sołowow investment company.

Corab is a Polish company operating in the photovoltaic sector and focusing on the distribution of equipment and production of structures for photovoltaic installations.

The transaction is to allow the company to develop new business areas. In the future the company is also to become an investor in and developer of photovoltaic farms. The photovoltaic market is currently the fastest growing segment in the area of renewable energy sources in Poland.
