El administrador de datos personales es Domański Zakrzewski Palinka Sp.k. („DZP”; domicilio: Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Varsovia). Los datos son procesados a efectos de contacto, entre otros para facilitar información sobre los cambios de la normativa y la práctica de los órganos, así como sobre otros asuntos, incluyendo eventos relativos a las actuales cuestiones jurídicas, económicas y culturales, entre otros a través del envío de newsletter de DZP. Lo anterior se realiza en virtud del interés legítimo, es decir, con arreglo al apartado 1 letra f del art. 6 del RGPD. Toda persona tiene derecho a presentar queja ante el Presidente de la Oficina de Protección de Datos Personales. Cualesquiera preguntas relativas a la protección de la privacidad en DZP se pueden enviar al Inspector de Protección de Datos en DZP, Maciej Maciejewski, a la dirección: iod@dzp.pl.
