International Desks:

  • Co-Head of the Spanish Desk Team.
  • For almost 20 years of working in Poland, he has handled a wide range of business law matters, advising companies in the construction, energy, fashion and real estate sectors and on various types of industrial investments.
  • He is responsible for the Iberian, Italian and French markets where DZP advises clients in close cooperation with all practices (particularly M&A, Infrastructure & Energy and Dispute Resolution).
  • He represents DZP in international legal and business forums such as the IBA, UIA, SCG Legal, ICFN and the Polish-Spanish and Polish-Portuguese Chambers of Commerce, in several of which he has held senior positions for many years.
  • Former lecturer in Spanish law at the University of Warsaw.
  • Member of the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce Board from 2018 to 2022.
  • Member of the Management Board of the Polish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
  • Member of the European Lawyers’ Association (ELA), Union International des Avocats (UIA) and International Corporate Finance Corporate Network (ICFN).
  • Member of the Zaragoza Bar Association.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
