  • Heads the public procurement and environmental protection teams and specialises in Polish and EU law.
  • Advises on complex investment projects carried out through partnership structures (PPP, concessions) and other forms of public-private cooperation, particularly with the participation of foreign entities.
  • Advises private and public entities at all stages of public procurement procedures, when applying legal protection measures, and during performance of public contracts.
  • Has extensive experience in advising clients in the construction, energy and waste management sectors on, e.g. performance of infrastructure investments, and in the municipal services sector.
  • Supports businesses during legal analyses of the effects of proposed amendments to public procurement and environmental protection legislation and during the legislative work itself.
  • Has provided strategic advice to foreign entities expanding onto the Polish market and Polish businesses wishing to expand abroad.
  • Heads the team serving Spanish-speaking clients (she worked for six years in prominent Spanish law firms).
  • Speaker at numerous seminars and conferences on problems related to infrastructure investments and Polish-Spanish trade.
  • Vice-president of the Public Procurement Law Association.
  • Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers.
  • Member of the Advocates Chamber in Barcelona and the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
