  • Expert on criminal law in the Analysis Department at the Chancellery of the Polish Sejm.
  • Provides expert advising the Criminal Law Codification Committee and in 1992-1993 expert advising the Civil Law Codification Committee.
  • Co-operates with the Helsinki Foundation in the Observatory of Freedom of the Media and the Innocence Clinic projects.
  • Associate professor at the Institute of Criminal Law at Warsaw University.
  • Lecturer on Post-graduate Studies in Tax Law, Post-graduate Studies in Organised Crime, Post-graduate Studies for Judges and Prosecutors.
  • Co-author of a Report on an analysis of criminal cases brought against members of the statutory bodies of business entities in which final and non-revisable acquittal or discontinuation judgments have been issued.
