  • Specializes in the area of new technology law, intellectual property, media law, personal data protection, in the field of cybersecurity and trust and electronic identification services.
  • She advises Polish and foreign clients in the processes of concluding and negotiating contracts in the field of intellectual property rights (including IT contracts), implementing digital transformation solutions, in particular paperless, as well as clients operating in the e-commerce market in the preparation of terms&conditions, privacy and cookie policies and in the process of marketing activities.
  • She provides legal support to clients in handling cybersecurity incidents.
  • She has extensive experience in conducting trainings and workshops, including in the areas of intellectual property protection, the use of electronic signatures, personal data protection and cybersecurity.
  • She is the author of scientific publications on personal data protection and intellectual property law and a speaker at national and international scientific conferences in the area of personal data protection, new technologies and intellectual property.
  • She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the School of American Law organized in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law - The Catholic University of America in Washington (D.C.).
  • Winner of the Scholarship of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements.
  • Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-law.
