  • He specialises in legal services for projects requiring knowledge of IT law, personal data protection, cybersecurity, copyright law, media law and telecommunications law.
  • He is in charge of legal services for projects to adapt key service providers, particularly those operating on the energy market, to the requirements of the Act on the National Cybersecurity System.
  • He has extensive experience in providing services to internet service providers (including the operator of the most popular search engine in the world and operators of the largest internet platforms in Poland) and to telecommunications operators (including the largest landline operator in Poland and Polish mobile operators). 
  • He has headed more than 40 projects to adapt business organisations to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The projects involved entities from the e-commerce, media, manufacturing, automotive, energy, construction and other sectors.
  • Paweł also has experience in assisting entities at the early stage of their development (start-ups) which introduce to the market solutions for the Internet of things, ensuring network security, creating advanced digital products (digital agencies), software houses, e-sport, cloud computing and database brokerage.
  • Author/co-author of numerous publications and training courses on new technologies law.
