Has participated in the transactions of numerous investment funds and also advises on the structuring and regulatory aspects of transactions involving alternative investment funds.
Supports clients in raising debt financing, including high-yield bond financing.
Represents clients in proceedings before the Financial Supervision Authority and in court cases involving capital market activities.
Graduate of the School of American Law run by the American Law Centre at the Catholic University of Lublin and the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
