  • Specialises in intellectual property law and examines various aspects of the internet and other electronic media on a day-to-day basis.
  • He has experience advising Polish and foreign telecommunication firms and software companies.
  • He represented clients in court proceedings over infringements of intellectual property rights.
  • He also advised on many IP right sale or licence transactions, and on drawing up relevant legal opinions, with special focus on collective administration of copyrights.
  • He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts characteristic of the television, film, marketing, and eCommerce industries as well as regulations on product labelling, and particularly on bar codes.
  • He managed various projects related to agreements with consumers, including consumer credit agreements.
  • He also advised in proceedings conducted by the President of the Competition and Consumers Protection Office, the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, and the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
  • He advised and was involved in negotiations on many projects for computer game companies, including on game of chance matters.
  • Member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
  • Participant of a course in US law organised by Levin College of Law (University of Florida).
