You would start your professional career in our firm as a Junior Associate. After two years, and based on our Partners’ evaluation of your work results, you would be promoted to Associate. The next step up the ladder is Senior Associate. In this case, you would need attorney-at-law or advocate qualifications. Once you have at least five years’ experience as a Senior Associate you could then aspire to the position of Partner.
