Will I resolve more complex problems?
Different practices. One analysis. Your solution.
Real estate law advisory is one of DZP’s key areas. As part of the Real Estate Practice, we have also developed a reprivatisation specialisation within which we provide legal advice on all aspects of this problem.
Our awareness of market practice and many years’ experience, joined with our rich professional know-how, enable us to provide advice that gives a high level of legal safety and that is also effective in business terms. Our analyses and advice are based not only on the meaning of legal provisions, court and administrative case law and legal literature, but also on practical knowledge. We identify the legal risks that could arise from certain actions and propose solutions to minimise these risks but also achieve aims as close as possible to our clients’ business expectations and intentions.
We advise on all types of real estate projects at all the various stages. This has enabled us to participate in some of the most significant transactions on the Polish real estate market. Our clients include some of the largest commercial and residential developers, banks and financial institutions, and also investors and tenants operating on the commercial (office, retail and wholesale) and residential real estate market.
Our Real Estate Practice lawyers also work in multidisciplinary teams at our law firm dealing with, e.g. advice on infrastructure projects, investments carried out by public-private partnerships, and M&A transactions. This gives us the assurance that in all our projects our real estate advisory services are provided by the very best specialists in the field.
