The founders of DZP are Professor Grzegorz Domański, co-creator of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and one of the authors of corporate governance principles, Krzysztof A. Zakrzewski, Managing Partner and Head of the Corporate and M&A Practice, and Józef Palinka, Partner and Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Practice.
