Court disputes are an unavoidable part of business. We realise that the outcome of court or arbitration proceedings has a direct impact on a firm’s financial standing and that a lengthy trial or enforcement is a calamity for many businesses. Thus we try to ensure that the effect of our services translates into success in court and that the services we provide are as effective as possible in terms of both time and cost. The Practice is composed of 20 specialists working under the leadership of four Partners who have extensive experience in negotiations, arbitration and representing clients in court.
DZP’s lawyers represent Polish and foreign clients in disputes, acting for them in negotiations with business partners and before Polish and international institutions.
