Our Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Practice is composed of experts who have in-depth knowledge of regulations and of the functioning of both Polish and international capital markets.
We understand how essential it is to a firm’s development to gain the trust of investors and regular and fast financing. We realise how important it can be to offer our clients innovative, safe and intelligible financial products so we always take the utmost care to ensure that the transactions we handle are effective and transparent.
We have been acquiring expertise in capital and financial markets since the transformation in Poland. The Law Firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka participated in creating the basis for the trade in securities in Poland and co-created the basis for the capital market, participating in drawing up the necessary legislation.
We have continually expanded our know-how by providing services to banks and their subsidiaries, financial holdings, investment funds, brokers and investment companies, and many other unregulated entities providing financial services.
Our experience, know-how, and our understanding of both the legal and business needs of our clients differentiate us from other law firms. For several years now we have been recommended as the leading law firm in Poland, not only by clients but also by international specialist publications (Chambers Global, Legal500, IFLR 1000) and other law firms that have nominated us as experts in preparing for entry to the stock exchange and capital and securities markets.
