We have over 20 years’ experience in and comprehensive knowledge of capital markets and financial institutions. We advise banks, financial holding companies, investment banks, investment funds, brokers and many unregulated entities providing financial services.

To ensure that our clients receive a comprehensive and fully integrated service, we combine our knowledge with the knowledge and competences of experts representing all areas of DZP's activity. Depending on the client's current needs, we involve in our advisory services specialists in the following areas: tax law, labour law, competition law, digital technologies, personal data protection, intellectual property law and dispute resolution.

We specialise in advising clients in the financial services and capital markets sectors:

  • we regularly advise clients in the financial services sector on complex regulatory issues and represent them before regulatory and government authorities in licensing, inspection and sanction proceedings,
  • we create and obtain licences for new entities in the financial sector,
  • we assist with strategic and long-term Brexit-related projects,
  • we prepare, negotiate and close loan and financing transactions, including commercial loans, acquisition financing, infrastructure project financing; we also assist with bond financing of public projects,
  • we handle issues of shares, warrants and debt securities,
  • we provide full-scope assistance with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions and public companies, joint ventures, restructuring and business and asset transfers.
