Mayr-Melnhof bought the plant and real estate from ASG Poland

DZP advised ASG Poland SA on the sale of a production plant and real estate in Bydgoszcz to a company in the Austrian Mayr-Melnhof Packaging group. Both transaction parties are leading players in the European packaging sector.

The transaction was closed at the beginning of October this year. Our advice involved drafting and negotiating preliminary and final agreements for the sale of an organised part of an enterprise and real estate with accompanying documentation. The transaction was preceded by the restructuring of the ASG group in Poland, through the transformation and merger of the companies, which was also carried out with DZP's support.
