The Chairman of the National Broadcasting Council has repealed a decision of 11 December 2017 concerning TVN and imposing a penalty of almost PLN 1.5 million on the broadcaster.

Having reviewed the positions of social partners and additional analyses and arguments presented by the broadcaster, the Chairman of the NBC has decided to repeal the decision. 

TVN was represented by Wojciech Dziomdziora, Counsel with the IP&TMT Practice, and dr Hanna Gajewska-Kraczkowska, Counsel with the Dispute Resolution Practice.
