DZP advises YIT Development on conclusion of a construction contract with UNIBEP

DZP advised YIT Development, one of the largest residential developers on the Polish market, on signing a construction contract with a UNIBEP group company. The contract, which is worth PLN 98.8 million, concerns the implementation of general contracting for a residential investment at ul. Nałęczowska in Warsaw. The contract covers construction of a residential building with a service part. The 11-storey building will contain 281 residential units, 12 commercial units and 342 parking spaces in an underground garage.
