DZP advises VC PortfoLion fund on investment in technology company edrone

Domański Zakrzewski Palinka has advised PortfoLion, a Hungarian venture capital fund from the OTP group, on an investment in edrone, a leading provider of CRM systems for e-commerce.

In the series A financing transaction, PortfoLion took up a stake in edrone and invested USD 2.5 million.

Our support for the fund included comprehensive legal advice in the form of a legal due diligence, followed by preparing, negotiating and signing the transaction documentation.

Thanks to PortfoLion’s support, edrone has the opportunity to develop even more dynamically, strengthen its position on foreign markets and become a MarTech leader in the CEE region.
