DZP advises Hanwha Q Cells on sale of 51 PV farms PV with total capacity of 46 MW

DZP has advised Hanwha Q Cells, on the sale of 51 photovoltaic farms in Poland with a total capacity of 46 MW to Obton. Hanwha Q Cells is one of the largest global manufacturers of photovoltaic cells and modules that also develops and constructs PV projects.

In the transaction, Hanwha Q Cells GmbH, an entity belonging to the South Korean group Hanwha Corporation, sold 51 photovoltaic farms in Poland, each with a capacity of up to 1 MW and a total capacity of 46 MW, to the Danish PV plant developer Obton A/S. All of the projects covered by the transaction have been completed and have 15-year energy sale guarantees based on a June 2017 auction.
