DZP has advised two designers Paprocki&Brzozowski in a project involving the addition of a new investor.

Our assistance included comprehensive legal advice involving the drafting, negotiating and signing of an investment agreement between Paprocki&Brzozowski and the new investor. During the project, DZP's team advised the clients on the transaction structure and the corporate governance rules between the existing shareholders and the investor, and was also responsible for drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation.
