DZP has advised City Parking Group S.A. – a shareholder in eVend S.A., which provides car park management services – on the acquisition of 40% of the company’s shares.
We provided comprehensive legal support to City Parking Group S.A. in the transaction, including preparation of transaction documentation, support in negotiations and at signing and transaction closing upon fulfilment of conditions precedent.
