DZP advises Novavis on a project to prepare for the launch of eight photovoltaic farms

DZP has advised Novavis S.A., a company specialising in photovoltaic projects and innovative electricity storage systems and other projects, in the process of negotiating and concluding a development contract with Iberdrola Renewables Polska Sp. z o.o.

Our client has committed to develop eight photovoltaic projects with a total planned capacity of approximately 350 MW under the contract. Novavis, through its project companies, is responsible for identifying and implementing all development aspects of the projects until they reach construction-ready status by the end of 2027.

DZP has comprehensively advised the client on the preparation of the contract, including the negotiation of the terms and conditions under which Iberdrola Renewables will be entitled to acquire the projects prepared by Novavis.
