DZP have advised Artgeist, the owner of the bimago.pl store, on the sale of a stake of shares

Our lawyers from the Corporate and M&A Practice have advised the owners of the Wrocław-based company Artgeist sp. z o.o. on the sale of the remaining 30% of shares to the private equity fund Resource Partners. This is another transaction we conducted for our client - in 2018, Resource Partners became the majority shareholder in a company that has been operating in the e-commerce industry since 2004.

Artgeist's online sales offer includes several dozen thousand original patterns of paintings, photo wallpapers, wallpapers and other wall decorations, which are delivered to customers from all over the world.

DZP was responsible for negotiating the legal terms of the transaction and preparing transaction documentation.
