Domański Zakrzewski Palinka advised ARX Equity Partners on exiting an investment in a leading Polish plastics producer ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. The exit was carried out through the sale of shares in a company holding a controlling shareholding in ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. to its current managers.
