FBSerwis acquires Pro Eko Natura

With the support of DZP, FBSerwis (a subsidiary of Ferrovial Servicios International, S.L.U. and Budimex SA) has acquired a company based in Dolnośląski Voivodship, Pro Eko Natura (in the future, FBSerwis Dolny Śląsk), operator of a waste treatment plant with RIPOK (Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Plant) status. The transaction required an extensive involvement of DZP's waste management team.

FBSerwis, based on its international experience, provides, e.g. comprehensive real estate, infrastructure and industry maintenance and environmental services. It is experienced in implementing PPP projects.
