The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland is organising another event in the series of Italian Chamber Business Talks.
This time, the experts invited will discuss the HR challenges faced by the industrial sector. One of the discussions on recruitment and staffing in industry will be led by Agata Mierzwa, Partner, Co-head of DZP's Labour Law and Social Security Practice. This will be an opportunity to share experiences and insights from the perspective of recruitment agencies and HR managers.
The session will be preceded by a presentation referencing a recent survey on salary bands and employee retention by an expert from Grafton Recruitment Gi Group Holding entitled “Blue/black and white collars – Insights from the latest survey on salary bands and employee retention”.
The event will be held entirely in English on 18 April(Thursday)at 17:30 in Katowice.
