Tomasz Darowski, Michał Przychoda and Wiktoria Kuczkowska will participate in a hybrid event in Paris exploring emerging opportunities in Polish-French cooperation in infrastructure, energy, and defence.

As Poland and France continue to deepen their strategic partnership - particularly in light of the Treaty on Enhanced Polish-French Cooperation and Friendship signed on 9 May 2025 - promising new avenues for cross-border collaboration are opening. We invite you to attend a hybrid event co-organised by DZP and Jeantet, on 18 June at 8.30 a.m., where we will explore how these developments are shaping the future of economic cooperation between the two countries, with a special focus on the infrastructure, energy, and defence sectors. The event will feature expert insights into current market trends, key investment opportunities, and the evolving geopolitical and regulatory landscape.

Experts from DZP’s Infrastructure and Energy Practice and our French Desk: Tomasz Darowski, Partner, Michał Przychoda, Counsel, and Wiktoria Kuczkowska, Associate, along with Adrien Fourmon and Bertrand Barrier, Partners at Jeantet, will examine both the current state and the future potential of Polish-French cooperation across these key strategic areas. The agenda will include an overview of market dynamics in infrastructure and energy, highlight major ongoing and planned investments, and provide an in-depth look at the defence sector.

Discussions will specifically focus on:

  • The new opening created by the 9 May 2025 Treaty on Enhanced Cooperation and Friendship
  • Market trends and developments in infrastructure
  • Challenges facing the Polish and French energy markets
  • Key investment areas, including railways, airports, offshore wind, and district heating
