On 5 November 2026, Wiktoria Kuczkowska will moderate a webinar co-organised by DZP, Adaltys Avocats and Polish City Club Paris on recruitment, careers and the legal implications of artificial intelligence.
The webinar, “Careers and recruitment in the age of AI”, will explore how businesses select candidates, how jobseekers can remain visible and stand out as AI tools become more widely used, and the rights, risks and rules shaping recruitment.
Wiktoria Kuczkowska, Associate and Coordinator of DZP’s French Desk, will moderate the discussion with:
- Pierre Combes, Partner at Adaltys Avocats;
- Véronique Morry-Skrzypiec, recruitment expert;
- Eliza Kwiatkowska, HR Director at Innoha.
The panel will bring together legal, recruitment and HR perspectives to examine what these changes mean in practice for employers and candidates.
The webinar will be held in French. It will take the form of a practical, interactive discussion, with participants able to share their perspectives and ask the experts questions.
