- Conducts civil and commercial litigation, providing comprehensive support at every stage of the proceedings – from strategic risk analysis and development of litigation strategies, through negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, to representation before courts and arbitral tribunals.
- Specialises in corporate disputes, representing both companies and members of corporate bodies. Advises, among others, in cases involving challenges to shareholders’ resolutions, proceedings concerning the exclusion of shareholders, and matters relating to the liability of companies and management board members, including proceedings concerning the protection of personal rights.
- Advises in proceedings concerning damages claims under both tort and contractual liability regimes, in particular in disputes regarding contractual penalties.
- In her practice, uses alternative dispute resolution methods, particularly mediation and arbitration, supporting clients in selecting the most effective and commercially justified solutions.
- Advises clients from, among others, the petrochemical, railway, banking, and real estate sectors.
