  • Advises at the pre-trial stage, on the existence and extent of potential risks of criminal liability. Participates in internal investigations and in the preparation and implementation of procedures for dawn raids.
  • Also supports clients in corporate disputes, business processes, disputes relating to unfair competition and breach of personal rights.
  • Author of numerous publications on criminal law, including commentaries on the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure, and articles published in the prestigious legal journals Państwo i Prawo and Przegląd Sądowy.
  • Finalist in the 10th "Rising Stars Lawyers – Leaders of Tomorrow’" competition for young legal talent.
