  • He handles debt restructuring and bankruptcy projects. He advises debtors on choosing the proper proceedings in the event of financial difficulties and represents them in restructuring and bankruptcy processes and in out-of-court settlements with creditors.
  • When advising clients, he also deals with management liability related to debt crises.
  • He has extensive experience in claiming receivables and in processes to exclude assets from bankruptcy estate, gained, inter alia, in some of the biggest bankruptcy proceedings in Poland in the construction sector.
  • His second specialisation is corporate advice in mergers and acquisitions. He has taken part in numerous transactions concerning stocks and shares and also tangible assets.
  • His experience also enables him to effectively advise clients in acquisitions and sale of assets from bankrupt entities or those faced with bankruptcy, including pre-pack transactions.
  • In 2018, he received a restructuring advisor license.
