Dentsu Aegis Network Polska finalised the purchase of 100% of shares in Red8 Group at the end of February.
The purchase of Red8 Group is part of the strategy of the company, which is expecting a 50% rise in Dentsu Aegis Network in Poland through the acquisition and is the next stage in the transformation into a new generation consulting firm.
DZP's advice for Dentsu Aegis Network Polska included a due diligence, preparing the transaction documentation, and running and finalising the purchase negotiations.
