DZP advises Immofinanz on the acquisition of Premium Park Łowicz

DZP has advised Immofinanz, an Austrian real estate investor and owner of the European retail park brand Stop Shop, on the acquisition of Premium Park Łowicz. The facility has an area of 8,000 sq.m. and has 20 shops and 200 parking spaces, making it the largest shopping centre in Łowicz. Immofinanz is one of the biggest investors on the real estate market in Poland, known, inter alia, for its recent acquisition of the Warsaw Spire skyscraper.
