As part of the DZP Future project, DZP's lawyers are advising the French-Polish start-up Stonly, which creates innovative SaaS solutions to improve the technical support and customer services process. In February 2020, Stonly raised USD 3.5 million in the Series A round.
DZP Future experts: Maciej Zajda, Justyna Tyc-Brzosko and Grzegorz Sprawka are advising the start-up in the following areas: corporate, tax, IP and labour law, inter alia, by developing the assumptions of an incentive scheme (ESOP).
