  • He specialises in financial institutions and capital markets law and corporate law.
  • He advises on capital market matters, such as the trading in financial instruments, acquisition of major shareholdings, public tender offers, delisting and issuer disclosure obligations. He regularly advises capital companies on internal corporate services.
  • He provides regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, particularly investment firms and payment institutions.
  • He also takes part in M&A projects, particularly those involving public companies, with the participation of private equity and venture capital funds, and in the new technologies and video games sector. He supervises the preparation of due diligence reports, and negotiates and drafts main transaction agreements.
  • He makes use of his transaction and corporate support experience in his role as leader of the DZP | Future project, advising and supporting entrepreneurs seeking financing on the start-up market.
