- He provides regulatory advice to Polish and foreign financial institutions and fintechs, particularly investment firms and payment institutions.
- He also takes part in M&A projects, particularly those involving public companies, with the participation of private equity and venture capital funds, and in the new technologies and video games sector. He supervises the preparation of due diligence reports, and negotiates and drafts main transaction agreements.
