DZP has advised the winning consortium of Aldesa Construcciones Polska and Aldesa Construcciones during a procedure conducted by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) for the design and build of one of three sections of the S6 expressway between Słupsk and Lębork on the 13 kilometre long Bobrowniki-Skórowo section
On 28 June 2021, representatives of the winning consortium signed a contract worth PLN 283.1 million with the GDDKiA. The contract covers the construction of the two-lane S6 expressway on the Bobrowniki-Skórowo section together with the Rzechcino and Skórowo road intersections and accompanying infrastructure. The section will be put into service in 2025.
The construction of the S6 expressway is extremely important for the development of Pomorze as it is to connect the largest cities in northern Poland: Tri-City, Słupsk, Koszalin and Szczecin.
“We congratulate our client on yet another success. Aldesa Construcciones Polska is currently implementing a number of projects for the GDDKiA, e.g. three sections of the S19 road, the S7 road near Płońsk and a traffic management system on the S6 and S7.” says Michał Wojciechowski, Senior Associate in DZP's public procurement law team.
The client was advised by a team of lawyers from DZP's public procurement team headed by Katarzyna Kuzma: Michał Wojciechowski, Senior Associate, Michał Gajdek, Associate, and Gabriela Turczyńska, Associate.
