The advisory covered not only the sale of assets but also rights to product trademarks. Thanks to the acquisition of Sulma Sp. z o.o., Raisio is continuing its strategy to increase its market share in Poland.

Raisio was founded in Finland in 1939. It has had a presence in Poland since 1992. Since 2009, operating as Raisio Sp. z o.o., it has been selling its flagship products: Benecol and Elovena. It is also sole distribution of Paulig coffee in Poland.
