DZP advises Renta Group on the acquisition of Scaffolding Group

DZP has advised Renta Group, an international construction equipment rental company operating in Baltic Sea region, on the acquisition by Renta Poland sp. z o.o. 100% of the shares in Scaffolding Group sp. z o.o., a Polish company specializing in rental and installation of scaffolding structures in the industrial sector.

The acquisition will help both companies to implement their strategy of further development, including expansion into new regions. Thanks to the transaction our client will strengthen its position on the Polish market by expanding its portfolio with scaffolding services for industry sector. Meanwhile, Scaffolding Group, which has so far operated mainly in southern Poland, joining forces with Renta will allow to strengthen the company in terms of capital, enable it to handle projects across the country and facilitate access to advanced digital solutions.

Our advice for the client included conducting a legal due diligence and preparing transaction documentation alongside with an acquisition agreement, as well as finalizing transaction.
