DZP advises ORLIMAN on the sale of its Polish subsidiary - Deals corner

DZP advised ORLIMAN, a Spanish company, in the sale of 100% of shares in its Polish subsidiary to new owners.

ORLIMAN operates in the orthopedic products sector, specializing in the development and distribution of medical supports and devices used in rehabilitation, injury prevention and recovery. Its portfolio includes solutions supporting mobility and musculoskeletal health, addressed to both healthcare professionals and patients.

DZP provided comprehensive legal support to the seller throughout the transaction. The firm's work included preparing transaction documentation, assisting in negotiations and supporting the signing process.
