DZP advises on the sale of K2 Group to SAPERE Holding

The DZP team has advised the owners of the K2 Group and K2 Group companies on the sale of 100% of the shares to SAPERE Holding, a Polish family-owned investment group.

The K2 Group is a Polish manufacturer of car care products and chemicals. The Group companies are developing a product portfolio covering both the premium car care segment and products in more affordable price categories, as well as accessories and tools for the automotive market. The K2 Group exports its products to over 60 countries.

DZP’s support covered comprehensive legal advice in the preparation and execution of the transaction, including corporate and transaction advice, support in the due diligence process, negotiating the transaction documentation, and advice at transaction closing. Tax advice was also a key part of the project, as was support in the areas of real estate and environmental protection.
