Elydan acquires Radpol Pipes with legal support from DZP

The France-based Elydan Group designs and manufactures polyethylene and polypropylene solutions for water, energy and telecommunications infrastructure, as well as for building applications. Its acquisition of Radpol Pipes, a Polish manufacturer of pre-insulated steel piping systems and polyethylene pipes for district heating, cooling, water supply, sewerage and gas distribution networks, broadens the Group’s portfolio and supports its continued international growth.

DZP’s advice covered the legal due diligence of Radpol Pipes, the preparation and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and other transaction documents, as well as support throughout the signing and closing process.
