DZP advised the shareholders of Infinite Services on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to the Adastra Group, a global provider of data and artificial intelligence solutions.
Infinite Services is a technology company based in Warsaw that designs and develops data platforms and implements AI solutions for businesses, including those in the banking, telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors.
DZP provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the sale process, from the letter of intent stage, through support for the sellers during due diligence and negotiation of the transaction agreements, to assistance with signing and closing.
