  • Advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects and joint ventures, including brownfield and greenfield projects. He has extensive experience in all stages of projects of this type, e.g. in managing due diligences and negotiating transaction documentation, for different branches, including without limitation a W&I Insurance.
  • Specialist in commercial contracts. In this area, he mainly advises clients in the light production and IT sectors.
  • He is also focused on sports law. He is an adviser to one of the world’s biggest volleyball player agencies and supports its players in transfers between and negotiations with sports clubs.
