DZP advised Korona Pomorska SA on the acquisition of the company Ozen Plus, which runs in Wałcz the most innovative charcoal and charcoal brick plant in Europe. The seller was Skystone Capital S.A. (formerly BBI Zeneris), which is listed on the stock exchange.
The transaction was accompanied by a key restructuring of the debts of the firms Ozen and Skystone, which greatly increased the degree of complexity and the length of the process. Transaction value was PLN 28 million and the restructuring package.
Lawyers involved in the project were: Bartosz Marcinkowski, Magdalena Skowrońska, Joanna Wierzejska, Zofia Bielecka, Maciej Goszczyk, Agata Kudelska and Tomasz Kalicki. The project was supervised by Krzysztof Zakrzewski.
