Webinar: Prospects and trends on the construction market in Poland

We cordially invite you to a short meeting in the form of a webinar to be devoted to prospects and trends on the construction market in Poland, which will be led by Katarzyna Kuźma, partner responsible for DZP’s public procurement team and Tomasz Darowski, partner responsible for DZP’s construction law team. The webinar will be held on 14 May at 11.00 a.m. and will be conducted in English.

During the meeting we will discuss:

• prospects for the public procurement market: state of play in pending proceedings, preparations for entry into force of the new PPL
• the public procurement market as an engine for economic recovery: infrastructure investments and the environmental sector
• difficulties in evaluating bids and risk mitigation methods compliant with public procurement law, procurement procedure participation strategy
• recent legal changes: easier to make changes to public contracts, limitations on contract termination, construction law no longer applicable to certain projects
• trends in indexation cases: positive decisions, ideas for settlements, approach taken by the General Prosecutor's Office
