Marcin Krakowiak, Partner and Head of the Infrastructure and Energy Practice, is to lead a panel discussion on infrastructure and energy cooperation between Poland, Korea and Japan.

Strengthening economic and industrial cooperation between Japan, South Korea and Poland and creating space for establishing trilateral investment, technological and research and development partnerships will be the main aim of the Japan–Korea–Poland Business Forum 2025, to be held on 2 July in Warsaw. The event, organised by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in cooperation with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) and KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), will also provide an opportunity to discuss common challenges and development prospects in key sectors such as infrastructure, energy, innovation and the reconstruction of Ukraine.

At the event, Marcin Krakowiak, Partner and Head of the Infrastructure and Energy Practice, will lead a panel on “Powering the Future – Infrastructure & Energy Cooperation for Sustainable Growth”. Together with representatives of engineering, construction and technology companies, as well as public institutions: Dohwa Engineering, Hyundai Engineering, Panasonic HX, Nippon Koei, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (Central Transport Hub), he will talk about the potential for trilateral cooperation on the modernisation of infrastructure, the green energy transition and the use of EU funds. The discussion will also focus on the role of Japanese and Korean companies in supporting Polish projects in the field of renewable energy sources, and hydrogen and energy storage.
