The IBA Annual Conference is the premier event of the International Bar Association, gathering lawyers, regulators, in-house counsel and business leaders from all corners of the world to discuss global legal issues, network and share best practices. This year’s conference will be held in Toronto, Canada, from 2 to 7 November 2025

Jakub Wieszczeczyński, Partner in Corporate and M&A Practice– commercial law expert with extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, restructuring projects and succession law for family businesses, manages complex transactions and due-diligence assignments across various sectors.

Agnieszka Pakuła, Senior Business Development Manager, Infrastructure & Energy Practice – she supports the international expansion of the Practice, builds thought leadership, strengthens client relationships and enhances brand visibility.
