The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is the world’s business organisation, promoting international trade and investment and providing a broad range of services for the global business community. One of its core areas of activity is dispute resolution, including through the ICC International Court of Arbitration, one of the world’s leading arbitral institutions.
The ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) is a global community for young practitioners working in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. It provides opportunities to exchange knowledge, develop professional skills and build connections within the international dispute resolution community.
During the Warsaw event, Magdalena Krzysztoporska, Senior Associate in DZP’s Dispute Resolution Practice, and August Adamowicz, Associate at LKK Arbitration, will interview Mariia Puchyna, Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
The conversation will explore Mariia’s work as ICC Counsel, the inner workings of the ICC Secretariat and Court, the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules, and practical advice for practitioners developing their careers in international arbitration.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Piotr Paprota, ICC YAAF Representative for Europe and Central Asia.
DZP is supporting the event and will host participants at the Warsaw office.
